Return requests must comply with the following general guidelines in order to be eligible for an RMA:
1. Customers must submit
the prescribed RMA form duly filled with all the details and obtain an RMA
authorization number if they wish to return any defective product.
2. No items will be accepted for RMA until unless an RMA authorization has
been obtained.
3. The issued RMA number is valid only for 10 days or the balance warranty
period which ever is the earliest from the date of issue.
4. The RMA number must appear on the packaging, shipping and the paperwork
for the return.
5. Customers must return products in the original configuration as shipped
along with a copy of the authorization.
6. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that the RMA product is
packed in ESD covers and adequately protected to reasonably ensure that damage
in-transit does not occur. Products that are damaged in transit will be ineligible
for an RMA.
7. Where physical conditions of return are not met, Company reserves the right
to return the entire lot to the customer, on freight collect basis.
8. RMA numbers become invalid if the items are not received by Company receiving
point within seven days from the date of dispatch.
9. If you return products other than what was authorized in the RMA, the entire
lot may be returned on freight collect basis.
10. Customers only receive replacement or credit after the Company has received,
screened, and confirmed the quantity and the conformance with the RMA criteria.
CID (customer induced damage) or NDF (no defect found) will not be replaced
and returned to the customer on freight to collect basis.
11. RMA Dept will pass appropriate credit to customers where products are
not replaced for any reason.
12. Credit for returned products will be calculated based on the cost specified
in the current Distributor Cost / Price List in effect on the day that the
return is authorized by the Company.
13. For OEM customers, credit for returned products will be calculated based
on the latest invoice price in effect on the day that the return is authorized
by Company
